Cardinal Contractors did a great job on my roof. The roofers and the sales team were very professional and eager to please. I got a great roof and it looks gorgeous! The entire yard was cleaned when they left and you never would have known they would have been there except for the beautiful new roof on the house. In a time when things seem to be made more difficult by the pandemic and the shortage of goods, Cardinal Contractors is a breath of fresh air! They have an exceptional eye for weather damaged roofs. They did the heavy lifting with the insurance company and came out to meet our adjuster for the assessment of damages. We were told on the spot that we would be receiving a full roof replacement. Throughout the process we had good communication between front office, delivery of the product and finally the excellent/professional work by the installation crew. Cardinal is highly recommended
From the start to the finish, Cardinal was great! Tim inspected my hail damaged roof, worked with my insurance company, and got my new roof installed in less than three weeks. The installers were excellent, cleaned up all the nails, and were finished in seven hours. I would recommend Cardinal to anyone in the St. Louis area.
I called Cardinal Contractors to inspect the roof on my home and commercial property. i got a referral from a coworker. who had just had a roof installed by them and had great things to say. I mentioned I might want to have my roof looked at. To my surprise, they came by that same day and did to inspect both my house and building . Cardinal did a great job explaining everything to me very thoroughly and answered all my questions. They did the bulk of the work communicating with the insurance company and helping me understand what they would cover. We ended up getting both roofs replaced and a new skylight to replace a leaking one! Everyone we worked with was kind and attentive. The roofs look great. Would definitely recommend and use again.
